Prices: Product prices bina kisi notification ke change ho sakti hain.
Stock & Availability: Stock limited hone ki wajah se order cancel ya delay ho sakta hai, jiski bhalai ke liye hum WhatsApp par aap se rabta karenge.
Accuracy: Hum poori koshish karte hain ke products ki pictures aur details 100% accurate hoon, lekin screen displays ki wajah se colors mein mamooli farq ho sakta hai.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
Order place karne ke baad hamari team aap ko WhatsApp / Call ke zariye order confirm karne ke liye contact kar sakti hai.
Wrong delivery address ya fake orders ko cancel karne ka haq irshadia.store ke paas reserved hai.
4. Payments & Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery ke waqt rider ko full amount cash mein pay karna zaroori hai.
Prepaid Payments (Easypaisa): Advance payment karne ki surat mein screenshot WhatsApp par share karna lazmi hai.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery duration 5 se 7 Working Days hai.
5. Returns & Warranty
Orders hamari 15 Days Return & Replacement Policy ke mutabiq handle kiye jatay hain.
Products par warranty sirf tabhi lagu hogi agar item physical damage na ho aur original packaging ke sath ho.
